Upon full payment, some intellectual property rights may be transferred to the client as agreed in the service contract.

While we strive to ensure that all services are provided without interruption, Icon Digitals cannot guarantee 100% uptime or availability of our services. We will make every effort to inform clients of any scheduled downtime or service disruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Icon Digitals is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits

• Service interruption We will only be held liable for direct damages up to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

10. Termination of Services

Icon Digitals reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any service if:

• The client breaches these terms and conditions.
• The client engages in illegal or unethical activities.
• Payment is not received according to the agreed terms.

Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled, and Icon Digitals reserves the right to withhold further services until all dues are cleared.

Icon Digitals reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the user to review the terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
